Local Storage: All photos and notes remain on your device.
Optional Exports: If you choose to export or share your photos using your device’s system share features, that data is handled only by the services you select (e.g., your Photos app, email, or cloud storage).
No Remote Servers: We do not receive, process, or store your content on our servers.

3. Third-Party Services

The App does not use analytics tools, advertising networks, or third-party SDKs that collect or share your data.

4. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

5. Security

Because all data is stored locally on your device, your privacy and security are protected by your device’s built-in safeguards (such as Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode). We encourage you to regularly back up your data if you wish to preserve it.
